American Seniors Housing Association and Masterpiece Living Team to Help Senior Living OrganizationsOctober 14, 2020 3:57 pm
Covid-19 has hit the senior living industry hard – financially and operationally. The media’s portrayal of this disease’s prevalence within communities has tarnished the industry’s image and created an additional source of hesitation for the consumer.
The American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA) and Masterpiece Living (MPL) have teamed up to develop a Where You Live Matters video series of complimentary webinars that will explore how the industry is adapting and moving forward during the COVID era.
This video series will highlight the impacts and how to address the challenges presented by COVID-19. Each session will feature esteemed professionals on topics such as adapting your sales approach, the operational new normal, and highlighting the positives of senior living for the consumer.
The first session addressing the financial impact of the COVID pandemic on the industry’s operations is currently available.

This session shares the findings from a survey of more than 150,000 units of rental senior living from March 1, 2020, through June 30, 2020, conducted for ASHA by HealthTrust and features Colleen Blumenthal, Chief Operating Officer of HealthTrust; Bill Sciortino, Chief Operating Officer of Discover Senior Living; and Kathryn Sweeney, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Blue Moon Capital Partners as part of a panel lineup.
