Masterpiece Living is Expanding its Team! Now Hiring: Partnership Specialist



Our mission is to change the perceptions and experience of aging. Masterpiece Living partners with organizations to promote successful aging lifestyles. We provide research-based tools and training to enhance cultures and enable individuals to continue to grow physically, intellectually, socially and spiritually.


Position primary responsibility is integrating Masterpiece Living products and services in new and existing partner organizations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to working with a Senior Partnership Specialist to serve as an account representative for up to 40 partners; train new partners and integrate Masterpiece Living in assigned partner organizations. Develop new programs, products, and services for Masterpiece Living partners. Application of aging field trends & successful aging research to keep Masterpiece Living cutting edge.

 Possess complete working knowledge of Masterpiece Living products and how they benefit partners

 Possesses complete knowledge of Masterpiece Living operations and how Masterpiece Living functions within organizations

 Conducts initial training for new partners

 Conducts ongoing support and training calls for each partner

 Provides ongoing consultation to all partners via phone, e-mail or website for questions and support

 Provides technical support to partners for data management system

 Attends conferences and trade shows to present or work at booth

 Writes, submits and presents conference presentations

 Maintains ongoing awareness of industry trends and research

 Maintain and analyze data collection and reporting on individual and aggregate outcomes

 Analyzes data and creates methods of applying such data to marketing/sales and corporate and community reporting

 Analyzes new products (such as AL, SN, and Memory) to assess effectiveness

 Helps maintain and add new content to website and manuals

 Works with Senior Partnership Specialist, President, CEO and team members to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

 Identifies opportunities for new products/applications

 Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Educational Requirements and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in wellness, health promotion, public health, gerontology, psychology or any related field required
  2. Training experience
  3. Data collection and analysis experience; or program development experience
  4. Knowledge of the aging field and the issues facing older adults today and in the future
  5. Current driver’s license and a good driving record required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 Language Ability:

o Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, speaking the primary language of the customers

o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

o Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Adept in making presentations to groups large and small

 Mathematical Skills:

o Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs

 Cognitive Demands:

o Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

 Computer Skills:

o Ability to use Microsoft Windows, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Ability to use Microsoft Webmail (email) and the Internet browser. Ability to use client tracking and design software

o Ability to use Masterpiece Living’s Data Management system

  • Add communities/partners and users
  • Create or update manuals, manual sections and documents

 Works primarily indoors in a climate controlled setting

 Adheres to the policies of partner organizations when visiting partner location, i.e. smoking, attire, visible tattoo and other policies
