Administrative Assistant (Partnership Assistant; Lakewood, CO)
Masterpiece Living, LLC is seeking a full-time, computer-savvy administrative assistant to support an operations team of several members. The successful candidate is an organized self-starter who can prioritize and follow through on a variety of tasks; is proficient in writing, proofreading and graphic design; is resourceful and flexible in accommodating a variety of requests; has excellent written communication skills and particular interest in creating and maintaining systems of organization.
Managing web-based customer store
o Processing and shipping orders
o Maintaining physical inventory
Maintaining corporate office supplies and inventory
Printing and distributing a variety of materials, both paper and electronic
Ensuring copyrights of all intellectual property
Updating corporate materials with new research and information
Management of annual milestones (team member birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
Coordinating travel, lodging, and meals for corporate meetings, trainings, conferences, etc.
Managing successful aging/wellness campaigns & contests (updating and distributing campaign materials and communications, tracking participation and progress, winner recognition, etc.)
Managing pilot testing process for new campaigns and programs
Helping to plan, coordinate and execute annual conference
Managing corporate social media sites by researching and posting relevant information
Systematize processes including onboarding new partners, managing distribution lists.
Creating and adhering to systems to improve corporate organization and communication within and without the company
Managing corporate documents using web-based document management system and Sharepoint
Maintaining corporate contacts using Sharepoint and Access database
Assisting users of our website with basic usability issues (log in, navigation, etc.)
Answering corporate phone lines
Filling store orders
Proofreading, editing, and layout of documents for both internal and external distribution, including a bimonthly newsletter
Creating & formatting a variety of materials for both print and electronic distribution
Must be highly proficient in the MS Office suite of programs, including Access
The ideal candidate will also have experience with and a working knowledge of Sharepoint
Desktop publishing using MS Publisher
Basic photo editing skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated; able to prioritize tasks and projects effectively and efficiently
Willingness to learn the philosophical concepts of successful aging
Adaptable and flexible attitude
Able to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person
Must be able to travel to our yearly conference.
