Peconic Landing Case Study
Peconic Landing is an equity-based lifecare community established in 1997 and located on a 144-acre campus. Lifecare residents have the opportunity to access assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, and home health as Lifecare or Type C residents.
